New features & improvements

• Templates: version history
  Email and letter templates now include version history, making it easier to recover an earlier version if a template is accidentally overwritten or changed.

• Receipt and letter batches: download links for large files
  Large receipt and letter batches are now delivered through a download link instead of as email attachments. This helps prevent large batches from being delayed or blocked by email attachment size limits.

• Zapier: ask stages now include their board
  Ask stages returned through Zapier now include the board they belong to, making it easier to build automations that work across multiple Ask Boards and pipelines.

• Merge Tags: smarter formatting for blank fields
  New merge tag filters let templates hide surrounding text, such as labels, commas, or other formatting, when a field is blank. This helps letters and receipts remain clean and natural even when some donor data is missing.

• Automations: new Task Stage Changed trigger
  Automations can now be triggered whenever a task moves to a different stage, giving you more options for building task-based workflows and follow-up processes.

Bug fixes

• Action Board: quick actions now require confirmation
  Quick-action links on the Action Board now require confirmation before they run, helping prevent accidental actions caused by unintended clicks or automated email link scanners.

• Ask stages: stage information now displays correctly
  Fixed an issue where the Ask Stage could sometimes appear blank when retrieving activity records.

• Zapier: improved donor matching for volunteer activity
  Fixed an issue where some volunteer and event attendance records were not properly linked to the associated donor, which could affect volunteer hours reporting.

• Zapier: Update Gift now handles blank fields correctly
  Fixed an issue where updating a gift through Zapier could fail when a mapped field was left blank.
