DonorDock Country of Support
DonorDock is a U.S.-based company and currently supports nonprofit organizations based in the United States, as well as organizations with an established U.S. presence.
To sign up for DonorDock, your organization must meet the following requirements:
Be registered with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) organization or under a similar eligible tax-exempt classification.
Have a valid, active U.S. bank account that can receive deposits. PayPal or other payment services do not meet this requirement.
Have a user responsible for online donation payouts who can provide a U.S. government-issued Social Security Number (SSN) as required for payment processing and identity verification. Learn more about this requirement.
Have a U.S.-based phone number.
DonorDock Online Giving
Donors can make gifts through DonorDock Giving Pages from anywhere in the world. However, all donations are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
For donors using a bank account or payment method in another currency, their financial institution or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or other international transaction fees. These fees are determined by the donor's financial institution and are separate from DonorDock's transaction fees.
