Get Help With Your Spreadsheet or Data Mapping

Our team is here to help review your spreadsheets, map your data, and prepare your files for import into DonorDock.

First, export your data from your current system or gather the spreadsheet files you would like us to review.

You can then send your files to our Support team by submitting a support ticket or emailing support@donordock.com. A DonorDock team member will review the files and provide suggested mappings for your spreadsheet columns.

If you are currently completing your initial onboarding with DonorDock, you may also upload your files directly to your Basecamp onboarding portal. Our team can review files submitted there as part of the standard migration process.

⚠️ Apple Numbers files are not supported. If your spreadsheet was created in Numbers, please export or convert the file to CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) format before submitting it.

Once the mapping review is complete, a DonorDock team member will provide next steps. Depending on your migration process, this may include a link to schedule a consultation to review the recommended mappings and prepare for your import.

You can also choose to complete the mapping and import process yourself using DonorDock's import tools.
