Forms: new submission, tracking, and duplication options
Forms now include several new tools to make them easier to build, track, and use in follow-up workflows. You can redirect supporters to a web page of your choice after submission, automatically send a thank-you email using a selected template and sender, and track form conversions using GA4, Meta, and Feathr. You can also duplicate an existing form directly from the Forms list, carrying over its fields, marketing lists, and settings.Bulk Emails: version history and improved gift conversion tracking
Bulk Email drafts now feature a recoverable version history button, enabling you to restore previous versions if a draft is accidentally overwritten or modified. Gift conversion now supports emails that link to a donation page on your organization's website, provided the page includes a DonorDock giving page with the script embed. Previously, conversion was only possible with direct links to DonorDock giving pages.Reports: recurring gift details columns options added
Reports that include Gift columns now have two additional fields for recurring gift information. The "Is recurring" column displays a True or False value to indicate whether the gift is part of a recurring plan, while "Recurrance span" shows the frequency of that recurring gift. The Recurring Giving Dashboard can now be exported to PDF, making it easier to save and share.
Bug fixes
Gift Created automations that filter by Gift Tags now trigger correctly.
The custom amount field on giving pages now stays within its intended display area.
Custom gift amounts no longer carry over the non-deductible amount from a previously selected preset.
Email link tracking now preserves parameters such as Appeal on giving page links.
Estimated recipient counts for Bulk Emails now calculate correctly when exclusion lists are used.
Synced activities now show the correct person in the Completed By field.
Canceled GoFundMe Pro recurring plans now remain canceled, and related pledge totals update correctly.
Gift designations now remain accurate after contact merges, online gifts, and pledge edits.
Incoming text message replies no longer time out on larger accounts.
A spouse's mobile phone number now carries over correctly when contacts are merged.
The "Roll Up Household Member Giving" setting now calculates household giving correctly.
Total activity counts and last activity dates now correctly include letters, calls, and receipts.
